Kentucky Wesleyan College will present its annual “Sock Hop” on Friday, January 11, at 10 a.m. at Wendell Foster’s Campus at 815 Triplett Street.  The public is invited to attend this free event.

Students from Diane Earle’s Rock and Roll class, a KWC Winter Term course, will learn and perform various dances from the 1950s and 1960s, such as the locomotion, twist and limbo contest.  They are encouraged to dress from those eras.

Gary Kirtley, a retired public school music teacher, will be the disc jockey and dance instructor.  For additional information, contact Earle at 270-852-3617.
