You might remember Ryan, one of the dogs inside the Daviess County Animal Shelter.  He and a buddy named Maze were found wandering the streets but there's a happy ending to this story. 

Both dogs were adopted together late last week.  The shelter would like to thank the Tri-State for your support.  Several dogs have been adopted after being posted here on the 14 News' Owensboro-Daviess County website

Chance was surrendered because his owners had too many animals. They didn't tell us much about him but he seems to be a very nice dog with a personality like a labrador. He is absolutely stunning and a very big boy. If you are interested in this pet please contact us as soon as possible.

Sweet Rosie. Purrs all the time. She is pretty scared here though so her pictures are not too telling. The shelter is FULL and cats will be put to sleep if they are not saved.  Rosie is just one of the precious cats that need a loving home.  PLEASE HURRY
