The event will be held at the River Park Center in Owensboro and features Frank W. Abagnale, the subject of the movie and play “Catch Me If You Can.”
Doors open at 8:00 a.m. and the seminar will begin at 8:30 a.m.
During this event, law enforcement and businesses will hear one of the world’s most respected authorities on subjects such as:

The Owensboro Police Department sees first hand the effect that fraud cases can have on individuals and businesses alike. We wish to present this opportunity to local law enforcement agencies in the area to gain knowledge into these crimes to better serve their communities.
If you are a law enforcement representative and wish to attend this free one day seminar, we respectfully ask that you RSVP to Barbara Keller at kellerbe@owensboro.org by August 22.
