Owensboro man robbed at knife point | Crime

Owensboro Police Department detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred on Tuesday night.

Police say the victim, Scott Crabtree, told officers he was walking near the intersection of W. 9th Street and Frederica Street, not far from OPD headquarters, about 9:30 when two black males approached him.  One subject was armed with a knife and took his wallet. The suspects fled in a vehicle and still need to be identified. The victim did not sustain any injuries.

If anyone has information related to this incident, they are asked to contact detectives at 687-8888, or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 687-8484.

This investigation is ongoing.
