'Fall Forum' will focus on Medicare, Social Security | Health
Local seniors and caregivers are invited to attend “Fall Forum,” an informational session on key aging topics, on Tuesday, October 1.
This free event, sponsored by AARP Kentucky, Kentucky Association for Gerontology, and GRADD will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kentucky Wesleyan College's Winchester Campus Community Center (3000 Frederica Street, Owensboro).
Attendees will receive important updates on Medicare and Social Security benefits, learn about the Senior Medicare Patrol program, and preview legislative issues facing the 2014 Kentucky General Assembly.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided, and there will be giveaways and door prizes.
