Ohio County man arrested for meth trafficking | News
Earlier this week, members of the Owensboro Police Department Street Crimes Unit, acting jointly with the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office and assisted by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, investigated allegations of methamphetamine trafficking.
At approximately 10:38 p.m. outside a strip mall in the 3500 block of Villa Point, detectives say they made contact with John H. Roach, and seized an amount of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $8000, along with $6000 in cash.
Detectives believe Roach was bringing the crystal meth into the area from Louisville.
Roach is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.
