23-year-old O'boro man arrested on incest, burglary charges
OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE)- In Daviess County, an Owensboro man is arrested on numerous charges, including incest and burglary.
Sheriff's Deputies say they pulled 23-year-old Kevin Chinn over for speeding last night and learned he was wanted out of Ohio County.
The long list of charges he's facing includes five counts of incest, and three counts of burglary.
Chinn is also facing five counts of burglary in Daviess County.
He is currently being held in Daviess County Detention Center.
