One arrested in connection to Owensboro stabbing
OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE)-
Owensboro Police say 67-year-old Donald Travers stabbed 53-year-old Ricky Deno around 4:30 Wednesday afternoon on Plum Street.
The victim, Deno, was taken to OMHS and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Police have charged Travers with second degree assault.
"Apparently, we've had two male gentleman get into an argument this afternoon and the suspect used a knife to stab him in the abdomen," said OPD Officer Michael Hathaway.
Travers is being housed at the Daviess County Detention Center.
