Hip hop and speed painting meet in O'boro | News

OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE)- A local artist, a member of a famous hip hop group and speed painting.

All three will come together tonight in Owensboro for a performance called "Nine 1 Nine."

Wednesday night, local artist Aaron Kizer will create some new paintings on the roof of the parking garage downtown across from the River Park Center that he'll actually finish in about six minutes in the event called Nine 1 Nine.

He'll be joined by Layzie Bone from the group Bone Thugs and Harmony, who will perform while Kizer Paints.

Over a dozen new pieces that Kizer's created will also be displayed tonight.

Everything is scheduled to kick off around 8:30 and that's weather permitting of course.  

So this is definitely an event that you don't want to miss, especially since few art shows take place in a location like this.
