OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE)- Owensboro will add some new names and faces to its list of city leaders.
The special meeting will be held at 5 p.m., where the Owensboro Board of Commissioners will take the Oath of Office.
Joining the group is Bob Glenn. He came in third in the November election.
Glenn will join current commissioners Jeff Sanford and Pam Smith-Wright.
Also new to the group is Debbie Nunley.
Nunley was the top vote getter for the commissioner race back in November. Because she secured the most votes, she'll also become the new mayor pro-tem.
That title's been held by Pam Smith-Wright, who came in second in the election.
Sanford came in fourth.
Daviess County Circuit Judge Joe Castlen will administer the Oath of Office tonight.
A reception will follow the special meeting.
The public is welcome to attend tonight's event, which will take place on the fourth floor of City Hall in the Commission Chambers.
It's a chance for you to meet some of the people who make decisions that affect you.
