Major phase nearly complete in O'boro Convention Center construction
An update on the new Owensboro Convention Center.
Crews are putting up the walls on the Riverfront Project and next Friday is the official topping out ceremony.
The final beam will be lifted into place, marking the end of the steel phase of construction.
The public is invited to sign the beam for a small donation on Thursday.
