Former President Clinton to visit Owensboro
OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE)- 14 News has learned former President Bill Clinton will visit Owensboro on March 6th.
We are told he will attend a fund raising dinner for the Wendell H. Ford Government Education Center. Ford is a former Kentucky Governor and US Senator and a native of Daviess County.
"We are so excited to have President Clinton coming and I'm so excited for the community as well as Senator Ford and the Wendell H. Ford Government Education Center," said Kathy Olsonwith the center.
The fundraising event will be held at the Riverpark Center in downtown Owensboro.
Tickets to the event are $1,000.
