Renovations to boulware mission are almost complete | News

owensboro- Renovations to the Boulware Mission in Owensboro are nearly complete.

Impact 100 awarded the mission a grant worth more than $100,000.

Renovations on their chapel, two living quarters and a rest room began last year.

They also have a GED room where people could study to earn their GED, a case managers office and a TV room.

"We are so excited about having these rooms finished," says Leigha Taylor of Boulware Mission. "Our residents are moved up stairs and they enjoy having the new space. The GED classroom is a great place for them to learn."

All the renovations are complete except for the TV room which the Boulware Mission says they'll finish next month.
