Suspect tells authorities he tied up his mother with duct tape and left her in a bathroom
DAVIESS CO., KY (WFIE)- Daviess County Deputies have arrested a Kentucky man who they discovered had a $25,000 warrant out for his arrest.
Brian Dolan is charged with Unlawful Imprisonment and Theft by Unlawful Taking Auto.
Deputies say he walked up to the Passionist Nuns Monastery asking to spend the night.
The nuns couldn't house him and called the sheriff's office.
That's when deputies discovered the warrant.
Dolan told deputies he had tied up his mother with duct tape and left her in a bathroom, while he took her car and drove to Owensboro.
However, his car broke down, and he came to the nuns who called authorities.
Dolan is being held at the Daviess County Jail.
