Hines Group one step closer to expansion | News

DAVIESS CO., KY (WFIE)- A Daviess County company is a step closer to expanding.
The Economic Development Advisory Board recommended $200,000 in incentives for the Hines Group which is a precision metal forming company.
The money would go toward expansion plans at the Mid America Airpark.
"Whenever you have "A", manufacturing and "B"...a manufacturing entity that's headquartered in this area, you know the economic impact of those jobs are very significant," said Nick Brake, Owensboro Economic Development.
The expansion could create more than 50 jobs. The recommendation will now go to the Daviess County Fiscal Court for final approval in a few weeks.
