Crash closed section of Natcher Pkwy.
DAVIESS CO., KY (WFIE)- Kentucky Transportation Cabinet official Keith Todd tells 14 News a truck carrying dirt lost its load while driving on the Natcher Parkway.
The dirt combined with the wet road and led to mud covering a large section of the parkway.
The crash site was in the northbound lanes of the Pkwy, just south of the 142 overpass.
We're told by emergency officials, on the scene, four vehicles were involved in the crash.
A crash reconstruction investigation is underway.
The closure lasted three hours.
Jeff Jones with the Daviess Co. Corner confirms there was one fatality from the accident.
