Title (Max 100 Characters)
Owensboro Municipal Utilities crews will be conducting the utility's semi-annual water line flush for city customers starting April 1.
The flushing is expected to take approximately two weeks.
Crews will be working between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. each of those days and will begin on the Northeast end of the city and work South and West.
The crews will be opening fire hydrants throughout the water system as part of the process of flushing the lines. Customers may experience some cloudiness in their water and should let their water run a few minutes until the water clears.
Anyone with questions about the process should contact OMU at 926-3200.
